Individual Counselling

Individual counseling can be beneficial for a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, life transitions, career challenges, and personal growth. It provides a supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals to gain insight, develop coping skills, and work towards positive change and emotional well-being.

Through active listening and gentle inquiry, I can help you develop self-awareness, identify patterns of thinking or behavior that may be contributing to current difficulties, and develop more effective coping strategies. Therapy can look like exploring underlying emotions, examining beliefs and values, improving communication skills, managing stress, building resilience, and enhancing overall well-being, but fundamentally it is up to you which direction we take.
